How do I subscribe to My Aloha Post?

Subscribing is simple!  Just go to our subscription page and sign up.  Fill in your details so we can start sending you your box or if it’s a gift, give us the details of your gift recipient. Purchase your subscription and you will receive a confirmation email so you know your order has been processed and received.

I thought My Aloha Post boxes were sent monthly?

Youʻre right! Weʻre in the process of changing our subscription model to offer options that can be more customized for your needs.  You can now choose to subscribe to boxes that are shipped quarterly, pre-curated gift box or enjoy the flexibility of building your own box.

 

When will I get my first subscription box?

My Aloha Post boxes are now sent quarterly.  The next box will ship in April 2017.

 

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes! When your box is sent you will receive a tracking number so that you can watch your box make its way to your doorstep.

 

When will my subscription ship?

April boxes will ship at the end of the month.  For more detailed information feel free to contact us.

 

I ordered items that are not part of asubscription but that were pre-curated gift packages. When will my order ship?

Orders will ship within 3-4 business days. If you have questions or need to expedite an order don’t hesitate to contact us at info@myalohapost.com

 

Can I order a subscription as a gift?

Yes, My Aloha Post boxes are the perfect gift for loved ones who are away from Hawaii or just love the islands.  Boxes can be sent directly to your recipient.  Include your gift recipientʻs name in the shipping information.  Want to include a special note?  Leave it in the note section of your order and we will include it with your gift.

 

I live outside of the U.S.  how can I subscribe for a box?

Yes! We now ship to Canada, Australia, Japan, New Zealand and the United Kingdom through USPS First Class Mail International.  When you purchase your box you will be able to chose your shipping method.

 

Can I find out whatʻs in the subscription box before I receive it?

The surprise is half the fun, and we wouldnʻt want to spoil it for you!  We work hard  to make sure that each of your boxes is an experience that evokes memories of special times that you have had or can spend in Hawaii.  The locally made Hawaii products in the box will be kept a secret until around the 20th of the month when we’ll reveal them on our site.  Want a sneak peek?  Follow us on Instagram and Facebook where we’ll share peeks into this month’s box.

What if my package is lost?

If you received a delivery confirmation notice from your local post office and didn’t receive your package, please first contact your post office to locate your package. Your local post office will work with you to find out where your package is. If you are still unable to find your package contact us at info@myalohapost.com.
